What it is
A chiropractic adjustment restores motion to stiff, restricted joints in the spine and beyond. We tailor it to your body, never forced, and pair it with modalities like electric stimulation and vasopneumatic compression to calm pain and prime tissue for movement.
Who it's for
Spinal & Joint Care is a good fit if you're dealing with any of these:
- Stiff, restricted joints in the spine, neck, or back
- Pain that feels 'stuck' or worse with certain movements
- Reduced range of motion after sitting or training
- Anyone who wants a tailored, never-forced adjustment
What to expect
We assess where you've lost motion, then use precise, comfortable adjustments to restore it. Some people hear a 'pop' (just gas releasing in the joint), some don't, both are fine. We add e-stim or compression when it speeds things along.

Frequently asked questions
Are chiropractic adjustments safe?
For most people, yes, adjustments are a safe, well-studied way to restore joint motion and relieve pain. We screen carefully, tailor the technique to your body, and never force anything. If an adjustment isn't right for you, we'll tell you and adapt the plan.
Does an adjustment hurt?
It shouldn't. Most people feel relief, not pain. We assess where motion is restricted and use a precise, comfortable technique tailored to your body, never forced. If a gentler approach is a better fit, we'll use that instead.
What is the popping sound during an adjustment?
That sound is simply gas releasing from the fluid in a joint as it moves, the same effect as cracking your knuckles. It isn't your spine 'cracking,' and an adjustment can work just as well with or without any sound.
How often will I need adjustments?
Only as often as it helps. Early on, a short series may be useful to restore motion; from there we taper off and lean on strength and mobility work, so you're not dependent on ongoing visits.
