What it is
This is the phase most clinics skip. Mobility and corrective exercise restore the range of motion you've lost, and progressive strength work rebuilds the stability that keeps pain from returning, bridging recovery and real life.
Who it's for
Mobility & Strength is a good fit if you're dealing with any of these:
- Pain or stiffness that keeps coming back
- Lost range of motion you want to rebuild
- Anyone who wants results that hold, not a quick fix
- People ready to do a little work between visits
What to expect
We give you a short, targeted set of drills and strength work matched to your goals, not a generic handout. It's the difference between feeling better for a week and staying better for good.

Frequently asked questions
Why do I need exercises if the adjustment already helps?
Hands-on care relieves the problem; strength and mobility work keep it from coming back. The adjustment restores motion, exercise teaches your body to hold it and handle load, so you don't end up in the same spot a month later.
How much time will the exercises take?
Less than you'd think. We give you a short, targeted set, usually a handful of movements that take a few minutes, chosen to fix your specific limitation, not a generic printout you'll never do.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
Usually not. Most of what we prescribe can be done at home with little or no equipment. If you do train at a gym, we'll fold the work into what you're already doing.
What's the difference between mobility and flexibility?
Flexibility is how far a muscle can stretch passively; mobility is how well you can actively control a joint through its range. We train mobility and strength together so the range you gain is range you can actually use and keep.
