What a session looks like

A full hour, one-on-one. Every visit is with Dr. Dominick, never handed off to an assistant or a machine.

Questions About Our Services

A massage is mainly for general relaxation. Myofascial release is targeted, clinical soft-tissue work aimed at specific restrictions causing your pain or limited movement, part of a plan to fix the problem, not just feel good for an hour.

IASTM, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, uses smooth tools to glide over muscle and fascia. It helps break up restrictions, improve blood flow, and restore movement in tight or scarred tissue.

Cupping shouldn't be painful, most people find it relieving. The temporary circular marks are from increased blood flow to the area, not bruising, and they typically fade within a few days.

Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with Dr. Dominick, never rushed and never handed off to an assistant.
